Returns & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at CO2 Masters. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The original packaging must be included as well. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will be sure to make the return process as easy as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We'll report the status of your refund to you after inspection is complete. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Gas Orders
Due to legal reasons, all gas orders are final. All cylinders are purged and emptied, regardless if they have been used or not. This is done to prevent any tampering of specialty gases. If you are already a CO2 Masters customer or plan on being one, please refer to the Rental Terms Agreement for further information.
