CO2 Deliveries Made Throughout Paul McCartney's Whole Got Back Tour

The Beatles were some of the most impactful bands in music, inspiring generations even to this day. One of its members still plays today: Paul McCartney. He’s still playing guitar and touring to this day. We assisted the Got Back Tour at its start on April 28th and made our last stop on Thursday.

Paul’s entire Got Back music tour used our CO2 delivery service. The CO2 tanks we provide are commonly used in music festivals as a kind-of source of power for equipment designed for special fx. Most special fx equipment rely on carbon dioxide to make the fog effects and puffs of smoke. To be able to see lights and lasers across the venue, the carbon dioxide allows the equipment to make transparent fog, so that the light can bounce and reflect off the fog, thus remaining visible through the air. And then the puffs of smoke can jet out and create stunning visual effects at the peak of an event.

Our delivery and installation teams went all around the country to a total of 16 venues to set up CO2 cylinders to special fx equipment, starting with the Spokane Arena in Spokane, WA, and ending off at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. Fun fact, Thursday was Paul’s first time back to the MetLife Stadium since 2016. Now that the tour is over, on June 25th, he’ll be joining one of many artists performing at the UK’s Glastonbury Festival. While we won’t be in the UK, we are happy to see him continuing to play his music everywhere he goes. We can’t wait to see Paul McCartney perform in the United States again!

Maybe you’re in need of a quick gas rental? If you’re in the United States or in parts of Canada, we may be what you’re looking for. We’re a CO2 company with a great team of delivery drivers. Known especially for our love of the entertainment industry, we make regular deliveries to nightclubs, sporting events, tournaments, festivals, ceremonies, and especially music concerts. If your event is on tour, let us know and we may be able to get you a discount!

Call us at 877-280-5321 or head to our ordering page to get started on renting our gas tanks. Choose from our selection of carbon dioxide (with or without a siphon), helium, nitrogen, and propane. If you don’t know what you need, ask us and we can recommend something.
